We had minimal food in the house and decided not to go out for dinner. Here is what we were able to create:
- Brown Miso Paste
- Soft Tofu
Simmer thinly sliced onion in water. Once softened add the miso and seaweed. (Do not boil miso).
Once miso is dissolved and seaweed is soft heat until just under a boil and add a lightly whipped egg.
Lastly add cubed tofu.
