Chili Time!

I am posting this as a reminder of how easy and delicious chili is.  I pretty much followed the same recipe I came up with earlier this year.  My only changes were:

I didn’t steam the corn before adding it to the chili, I just sliced it off the cob raw.  Much better this way!

I added a serrano pepper for some heat.

For the can of tomatoes I used Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Green Chilies for some more heat.

I remembered to serve it with avocado.
