I’ve been behaving when it comes to eating sugar so I decided to indulge and make a vegan milkshake with fresh raspberries. We ate an early dinner this night so it was the perfect 6:30 treat! I froze the raspberries which meant I had to use more milk to reach the consistency I wanted but I was pleased with the result. No need to freeze them though. I made 32 oz total and only used 1/2 a pint of Coconut Bliss Vanilla Island frozen dessert. This was good eats!
- 1/2 pint raspberries, frozen
- 1/2 pint Coconut Bliss Vanilla Island
- unsweetened almond milk
- maple syrup
- Blend the above ingredients slowly adding the milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Drink and feel yummy!!
