As most of you know M&C is my favorite of the unhealthy foods. Seriously what’s better than a gooey dish of macaroni and cheese?
Here we went for it…
- Annie’s Gluten Free Rice Pasta and Cheddar
- Tin of Smoked Clams
- Roasted Garlic Goat Cheese
I cook the pasta and rinse thoroughly since it’s rice pasta and I don’t do gummy pasta. Next in a saucepan I heated up a bit of butter and added in the tin of smoked clams with their oil. Next I added in the cheese packet and then just enough milk to make it the desired consistency. Season with pepper and add the goat cheese and pasta. Heat through.
Does it get any better than this? I think not!
