Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

For most breakfasts we enjoy a smoothie…

  • Frozen Fruit, normally blueberries
  • Maca Powder
  • Dr Schulze’s Superfood
  • Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
  • Almond Butter
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Agave Nectar
  • Almond Milk, or some other nondairy milk
  • Quick Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • Chocolate Chips, every now and then for a treat
