I made this to go along with a delicious dinner we grilled.  I have yet to remember to take a picture of my grilled meals and we’ve been enjoying them quite often.  So I’m writing this with the hope I will remember next time!

I didn’t measure anything but here are the ingredients I used..

  • Large Can of Chickpeas and Liquid, reserve a few for garnish
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice, fresh
  • Cumin
  • S&P
  • Tahini
  • Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • Paprika

Food process the garlic.  To the garlic add the chickpeas (no liquid), oil, lemon juice, cumin, s&p, and tahini.  Start to process adding some of the chickpea liquid a bit at a time until the desired consistency is reached.  Taste test and modify  seasoning if needed.  Lastly quickly blend in the parsley.

Serve with olive oil drizzled on top, paprika, and a few of the chickpeas.
