Hibiscus Tea

This summer we’ve been indulging in sun tea.  Our latest kick is making hibiscus tea.  You can buy the dried flowers at most herb stores, we are able to get them at our local grocery store (they are cheap).  For this batch I used some hibiscus flowers I picked locally and dried.  We mix the flowers with lemongrass and peppermint.  It makes a refreshing cold tea!
