- Zucchini, sliced into thin strips
- Garlic Bulb
- Jar Tomato Sauce (I went cheap and used 365 brand Eggplant Tomato Sauce)
- Olive Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cornmeal Pizza Crust (gluten-free)
Roast garlic bulb.
Toss zucchini and eggplant in olive oil and season with s&p. Grill.
Assemble pizza: sauce, veggies and garlic, cheese. Cook.
