I made another batch of granola.  Easy and delicious.



  • 5 C Oats, whole oats not quick oats
  • 1 1/2 C Sliced Almonds
  • 1 C Pepitas
  • 1 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 C Ground Flax
  • 1 C Wheat Germ
  • 2 C Coconut Flakes
  • 1 1/2 C Agave
  • 3/4 C Ghee
  • 1-2 T Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 C Dried Turkish Apricots, Cranberries, Papaya, and Pineapple (all chopped small)

Mix oats, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax, wheat germ, and coconut.

Heat ghee, agave, vanilla, and cinnamon in a pot over low heat until just incorporated and warm.

Add the ghee mixture to the oat mixture and mix well.

Place on multiple cookie sheets and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.  Stir every ten so it cooks evenly.  Let cool before placing in jars.
