Green Veggies & Ravioli

I mentioned I rarely cook with butter.  Then we picked up our CSA veggies from the Market this week along with a package of local made ravioli.  This is what we created:

  • Swiss Chard (leaves only)
  • Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Butter, I used cultured
  • S&P

You can see how I chopped the swiss chard and zucchini in the first picture and the onion was diced.  I sautéed the onion in butter, lots of it, and then added the swiss chard and zucchini.  I only seasoned this with salt and pepper.  In the meantime I cooked the ravioli.

Simple and absolutely perfect!
