We don’t have much experience with gnocchi but figured it was definitely worth a try from the pasta stand at the farmers market. This gnocchi is gluten free!
Joshua made this for us… he sautéed garlic in butter and olive oil over low heat until softened. Then he added fresh oregano, fresh basil, and a small amount of chinese five spice. Lastly the baby bok choy was added whole and he covered the skillet until they softened. YUM! The texture and the taste of the gnocchi was perfect.
