This was my first endeavor with raw fava beans. I decided to go simple as we were grilling. Toss the beans, in their skins/shells in olive oil and salt. Grill until lightly brown on each side. The key is to have lots of olive oil and salt on the skins, since the flavor will transfer from your fingers to your mouth while eating. Once grilled just pop the beans out of their shell and inner skin. Mine were creamy and delicious!
