Thank you to Liz for sharing her delicious hummus with me! She made beet hummus using beets from her garden. She also starts with raw garbanzo beans and soaks/cooks them first! I ate the hummus with Mary’s Gone Crackers Sticks and Twigs Curry flavored. I highly recommend these crackers as they are wheat-free, gluten-free and organic, (made of organic whole grain brown rice, organic quinoa (keen-wa: a high protein seed/grain), organic flax seeds and organic brown sesame seeds, with no added fat).
