Asian Style Veggies & Soba Noodles

A three part simple dinner!

Sautéed bok choy, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon grass seasoned with a touch of soy sauce (we ran out), fish sauce, ume plum vinegar, salt, miso paste, and a mild seasoning mix containing tumeric.

Miso soup with hiziki seaweed.

Soba noodles mixed with toasted sesame oil and chopped nori seaweed (preseasoned with salt, rapeseed oil, and toasted sesame oil).

We topped our food with gomasio (sesame seeds, seaweed, and salt) and enjoyed a side of local sauerkraut!
